Accepted for enrollment at CCA. 2. Have a need for academic support to aid in successful completion of courses at CCA. 3. Be considered low-income (according to the US Census Taxable Income levels) OR Be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree) OR Be an individual with a documented disability 4. TRIO Participants must commit to the following to remain eligible for the program:

 

  • Attend the annual KEY Connections Conference in August of each year while attending CCA.
  • Register for classes with TRIO Staff (a hold is placed on TRIO student account preventing registration until you meet with your TRIO Academic Coach).
  • Complete the FAFSA applications with TRIO staff every October.
  • Meet with assigned TRIO academic coach a minimum of three (3) times each semester while enrolled at CCA. 
  • Attend at least two (2) CCA workshops, events, or activities each semester.
  • Complete at least one (1) online Financial literacy online lesson/workshop.
  • Attend tutoring sessions as necessary for growth and improvement of understanding.
