Thank you for your interest in CCA's TRIO Student Support Services program! Please complete this application as thoroughly as possible. You cannot save and restart this application. The TRIO program serves a limited number of students each year and applying for
the program does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are evaluated based on the number of available slots, individual
academic need, motivation, and federal eligibility.
To be eligible for this program you must meet the following: 1. Accepted for enrollment at CCA. 2. Have a need for academic support to aid in successful completion of courses at CCA. 3. Be considered low-income (according to the US Census Taxable Income levels) OR Be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree) OR

Participant Agreement:
TRIO Participants must commit to the following to remain eligible for the program:

- Attend the annual TRIO Family Kick Off and Conference in August of each year while attending CCA.
- Register for classes with TRIO Staff (a hold is placed on TRIO student account preventing registration until you meet with your TRIO Academic Coach).
- Complete the FAFSA applications with TRIO staff every year (usually available in October).
- Meet with assigned TRIO academic coach a minimum of two (2) times each semester while enrolled at CCA.Â
- Attend at least two (2) CCA campus-wide workshops, events, or activities each semester. Completion of these can be done online or virtually as well.Â
- Attend tutoring sessions as necessary for growth and improvement of understanding.
Terms of Submission:
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that all of the above information is correct and accurate to the best of your understanding. Additionally, submission of this application provides consent for the TRIO program to enroll you in calls and text message notifications from the program, enrollment in our Desire to Learn (D2L) platform, and receiving electronic and paper notifications from the program.
